Yip has over 20 years’ executive experience in crafting technology & IoT solutions for the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) & Consumer sectors in APAC. He has served in executive leadership roles in APAC for pioneering technology businesses including the tech units of Jardines, Smurfit-Stone, and StructureTone. He also led the go-to-market strategy for The POP Company, a SaaS and IoT business that has been deployed for Fortune 500 CPGs across the region.
Yip is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong (GD) and the University of London (MA & BA). He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Chinese.

Chan Miu Ha has focused the majority of her career on consumer services and the telecom sector in business strategy and human resources, spanning North America and Asia. She was formerly an executive with CSL, one of Asia’s leading telecom services providers. She has also worked with a broad range of multinationals and growth companies supporting their cross-border expansion efforts and workforce integration, bridging linguistic and cultural divides.
Miu Ha is a graduate of the University of Toronto (BA) and the University of Liverpool (MA) and is a fluent speaker of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Chinese.

Peter has a 30-year track record of scaling consumer businesses in Asia. He has advised some of the world’s top private equity firms on consumer sector investment, acquisitions, brand development, sales & marketing, and operations. Peter was President of EF English First Professional, which he grew to US$250m in sales. After EF, Peter founded and scaled TEG Ltd, an Asian consumer business. He held positions with McKinsey & Co, Morgan Stanley, and Wharf Holdings.
Peter is a graduate of Wharton Business School (MBA) and Princeton University (BA), and is a speaker of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Chinese.

Xenia has over 20 years of operational development and expansion experience across an array of sectors including consumer services, technology, and education. She has an in depth knowledge of multi market statutory and regulatory processes and standards. She has held positions with EF English First as head of corporate services, TEG Ltd as COO and co-founder, and Sun Microsystems.
Xenia is a fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She is a graduate of the University of London and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.

Vanessa is one of Asia’s leading marketing executives, having led the development and expansion of a series of sector-leading brands over the past 20 years. She has extensive experience in marketing operations, systems, and processes, as well as brand strategy and expansion. She was previously head of marketing at EF English First and Chief Marketing Officer at SFK International.
Vanessa is a fluent speaker of English and Mandarin and is a graduate of the University of Malta and the Jilin University of Finance and Economics.

Kerry has had nearly 20 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate investment and asset management including residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors. He has worked in senior real estate investment and development positions with The Walt Disney Company, Ascott, DTZ, Colliers, and as Associate Head of Real Estate Investment for Pearl River Partners.
Kerry speaks fluent English and Mandarin and is a graduate of the University of Reading and the Beijing University of Applied Technology.

Adam has over 25 years’ experience in gaming and animation systems, as well as natural language processing and computer-human interface, with extensive experience in AI. He has a proven track record in leading tech development teams. Adam was the former Crytek Asia Managing Director, developed #1 Oculus VR tile, The Climb, and created the leading PlayStation VR launch title, Robinson.
Adam is a fluent speaker of English and is conversant in Mandarin. Adam is a graduate of California Polytechnic University.
